Former NHL Star Chelios Booked for DUI

Chicago Wolves defenseman Chris Chelios, 47, was arrested for driving under the influence, speeding and improper lane usage on Dec. 28 in Westmont, Ill.
Chelios was the sole occupant of the pick-up truck that was stopped, according to Westmont police. The truck was towed and Chelios was taken to the Westmont Police Dept., where he was charged, processed and posted bond.
The Chicago native and former Chicago Blackhawks star is a three-time former U.S. Olympian and two-time Stanley Cup winner.
Chelios has a court date of Feb. 1 in Wheaton.
