Rally and press conference to support H.B. 58 to toughen DUI laws in Kentucky will be held in the Capitol Rotunda at 11:30 a.m. on February 18, 2010. Sponsored by Rep. Dennis Keene, H.B. 58 will require ignition interlock devices on DUI cars.
